STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF TOOTHBRUSHING TO THE DENTAL CARIES ACTIBITY

Abstract
|

|
262 young men and women were evenly divided into three groups: one group which was toothbrushing once der pay before meal, another group which once per day after meal, the third group which twice per day before meal.
The effect of toothbrushing to the dental caries activity was studied by the comparison of the caries activities of each groups, which were tested by Snyder test.
The obtained results were as follows;
1. The dental caries activity was reduced by the toothbrushing.
2. The dental caries activity was high in the first group than the third group.
3. The dental caries activity was low in the first group than the second group.
